We’re looking for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our Christchurch Team!
The Curtiss-Wright team in Christchurch operates as a Shared Service, supporting around 598 employees, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, organised and professional to join the team. We do offer full training and welcome new graduates to apply!

- Assisting with the processing of the monthly UK payroll including the day-to-day handling of queries and communications with the Finance & HR teams.
- The role will require working with Workday HR & payroll software.
- Assisting with the processing of benefits through the payroll including Auto enrolment pension.
- Supporting the HR function to administrate and update benefit provision for employees.
- Assisting with report requests from the business.
- Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Maintaining Payroll records.
- Assisting with Payroll Audits – internally and externally.
- Helping with the Payroll helpdesk queries/tickets.
- Willingness to learn and be trained in payroll & benefits
- Well organised & methodical
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Strong communicator
- Ability to deliver a high-quality service & commitment to continuous improvement
- Team player
- Option to study CIPP qualification
- Confidentiality is a must
- Payroll experience is an asset but not required
- Must have minimum of Math & English GCSE. Degree in Accounting/Payroll would be desirable.
- Willing to travel within the UK, must hold a valid UK drivers licence
