As our Clinical Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping care delivery, supporting and inspiring teams, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.

• Completing a minimum of two clinical shifts per week on the floor
• Providing weekend and night cover as required
• Participating in the on-call rota
• Leading, mentoring and developing nursing and care teams
• Championing person-centred care and continuous clinical improvement
• Supporting safe, compliant and compassionate care delivery

• Current NMC registration
• Authorisation to work in the UK without sponsorship, or swapping your current certificate
• Strong clinical expertise combined with confident leadership skills
• A flexible, hands-on approach to shifts and on-call responsibilities
• Passion for building engaged, supported, high-performing teams
