Fairmile Grange is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join the night-time team at our home based in Christchurch.

We can accommodate both full or part-time hours, with working alternate weekends.

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to residents.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop personalised care plans.
• Ensure implementation and evaluation of appropriate care.
• Lead by example and provide guidance to colleagues, elevating the standard of care.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a registered nurse.
• Experience with in a health and social care setting with older people.
• Clear understanding of CQC standards and legislation.
• Strong leader, highly clinically skilled, well organised, able to take the lead.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence in computer‑based work.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and lead by example.
• Flexible approach to the rota to meet the needs of the home.
