Support workers | Kaiāwhina — a meaningful, positive impact on clients quality of life in their own homes.
Looking for a role that works around your life? We may be able to accommodate your availability based on the care needs in our community. You ll support Tangata with their individual care needs and daily living activities — no qualifications or prior experience required.

- Weekend shifts available (+$1.00 extra per hour)
- Paid travel time and mileage — when you travel for work, you re compensated fairly, including paid travel time and mileage for longer trips. Full details will be shared during onboarding.
Training — Paid training. Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two–four weeks of employment and includes:
- Practical training
- Online self-directed learning
- Working alongside a buddy trainer
- Love working with people and helping them thrive
- Intuitive and responsive to people s needs
- Own a smartphone
- Have the right to work in New Zealand
- Full/restricted driver s license
- Flexible hours — mornings, evenings, weekends
- Extra $1.00 per hour for weekend work
