What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting children with literacy and numeracy skills.
Leading intervention work with small groups or individual pupils.
Assisting the teacher with classroom activities and providing general support.
Preparing resources for lessons and maintaining a tidy, organised learning environment.

You may encounter pupils with ALN and requiring additional behavioural support. The school will provide you with regular feedback, guidance, and ongoing opportunities to grow in your role. There is also potential for the position to become permanent.

What You’ll Need

An Enhanced DBS (Child Only) check – we can assist you in completing this!
Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council), a mandatory requirement in Wales.
Prior experience working with children, either professionally or personally, is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
