The purpose of the position is to support the effective provision of health school services for Māori and Pacific communities in the Greater Christchurch area.
We have an opportunity for an experienced kaiako to join our Opāwaho team, teaching students in community locations in the greater Christchurch area and the Halswell Community Classroom.
The successful applicant will give effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in their practice and demonstrate the organisational values of Whakaoranga, Pono, Whanaungatanga, Manaakitanga and Kotahitanga in their professional practice. Applicants will need to have the flexibility to work with senior primary and secondary students and have pastoral strength.
This is a full time, permanent position to begin, by negotiation, no later than the beginning of term 2.
