** This is a permanent full-time role, working the following hours:
**** Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
**** What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
*** Welcoming customers and processing vehicle and driver-related transactions
* Identifying customer needs and offering relevant AA products and services
* Handling customer requests and problem-solving with professionalism
* Maintaining accurate records and transaction processing
* Supporting your team to meet service targets and deliver a great customer experience
* Promoting safe work practices and keeping the workplace tidy and efficient
** About You | Mōu
*** Previous customer service or sales experience (motor industry experience a bonus!)
* Strong attention to detail and well-organised
* Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
* Good computer and keyboard skills (intermediate level)
* NCEA Level 1 (or equivalent)
* A team player who enjoys helping others
