European Road Freight Operator - Freight Forwarder

We’re recruiting for a ambitious Freight Forwarding Operator. A Permanent role available we continue to expand with long term contracts being won. Your responsibilities include:
Daily management of all Export/Import Bookings. Working with the export operations manager to maximise the profits for both the Export department and company as a whole. Ensuring all clients needs and expectations are met and if possible, exceeded in a timely and cost-effective manner. Liaising with the warehouse and supervising the trailer loading and space management Booking and handling of general bookings and enquiries Assisting in completing in planning trailers in the core markets for maximum efficiency and profitability.

Managing collections/overseas deliveries and customs documents. You will need:
Confident and outgoing individual. Experience in a similar role within the Logistics/Freight Industry. Road Freight Experience essential European language is advantageous Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner both verbally and written. Be able to organise and multi-task. Good time management skills. Driver with own transport is desirable. UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
