We are looking for a qualified and experienced Kitchen Supervisor who will provide high quality meals for our residents and visitors. This will give you the opportunity to use your knowledge to plan and create menus, mentor and develop a small team to be the driving force behind the culinary operation.

• Ensuring that you adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Preparing ingredients, cooking for a wide range of dietary requirements and allergens
• Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and shift, ensuring levels of hygiene and cleanliness standards are kept
• Maintaining records of stock
• Storing food at the appropriate temperatures
• Serving food to customers
• Creating, testing and refining dishes that you plan to serve
• Rotating stock as per the procedures
• Running all aspects of Wren Café
• A good understanding of IT and the use of ordering systems and processes

• Experience in leadership in a catering environment
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Creative and passionate about delivering high quality meals
