Unit Catering Supervisor - St Peters Primary School

£25,185 - £24,796 per annum | Permanent, Variable hours | Part time 27.5 hours per week | Term time | St Peters Primary School, Chorley

• Cook and serve food and beverages in accordance with agreed menus and production plans.
• Direct and/or supervise other employees.
• Order supplies and store deliveries.
• Maintain records and stock control.

• Recognised catering qualification and/or food hygiene certificate would be desirable.
• Experience of catering for large numbers is also desirable.
• Previous kitchen experience and a proven track record in a similar position.
• International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship.

Working Hours 27.5 per week, 5.5 hours per day. Monday – Friday, Term time only. Plus, four cleaning days.
