This Practice Nurse role offers the flexibility to tailor your shifts around your schedule, whether you prefer full-time hours or just a few sessions each week.

As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care across various primary care services. The role is ideal for a Practice Nurse with competence in immunisations, cytology, and wound care, ready to work independently within a supportive clinical environment. The Practice Nurse role includes routine treatments, chronic disease management, and wound care, providing a varied and rewarding workload.

• Conduct cervical cytology (smear tests)
• Administer childhood & adult immunisations
• Provide wound care & dressings
• Support chronic disease management (where competent)
• Perform routine treatment room duties
• Work independently in a GP surgery setting
• Deliver high-standard patient care in line with clinical protocols

• NHS Smartcard essential
• Proven competency in cytology, immunisations, and wound care
• Ability to work independently within a GP surgery environment
• Flexibility to adapt to various shifts and sessions
