Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.50 after 12 weeks)

We are recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy and expanding cladding manufacturer in the Chorley area.

This is an excellent long‑term opportunity with full training provided and genuine prospects for a permanent role.

• Using hand and power tools including industrial saws and drills
• Cutting materials to specific measurements
• Framing, stacking and general assembly tasks
• Reading and understanding production paperwork
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is beneficial but not essential
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
