This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys remaining technically involved while guiding and developing a small support team. You'll oversee day-to-day IT operations, act as an escalation point for complex issues, and work closely with senior stakeholders to design, improve, and implement systems used across the wider organisation. The role blends people management, technical delivery, and continuous improvement, with genuine scope to influence how IT services evolve.

• Proven experience leading technical projects across varied platforms
• Strong Windows desktop and server experience (Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, Windows Server)
• Virtualisation experience (VMware)
• Solid networking knowledge (LAN / WAN, WiFi, VPNs, firewalls, switching)
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam)
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and managing suppliers
• Passion for IT, problem solving, and hands‑on delivery

• Scripting, automation, or API experience
• Linux server exposure
• Experience managing or overseeing an IT support desk
• Background within a multi-site or travel-related environment
