Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to support young people and adults in our community with Autism and mental health needs. The successful candidates will play a vital role in fostering positive development, providing mentorship, and creating a safe environment for our service users. • Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to the interests and needs of our service users
• Provide mentorship and guidance to support personal growth and behavioural development
• Assist with organising sessions that will benefit our service users to develop their Social, Emotional and Mental Wellbeing.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all service users
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the well-being of our service users
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and any incidents or concerns.
• Develop and follow person centred care plans.
