Contract:

Temporary – 6-month maternity leave cover

Salary: £13.45 per hour / £18,359 per annum (pro rata)

Hours:

Part‑time, 26.25 hours per week, 9am–5pm

Working Pattern: 2‑week rolling rota

e in Chorley on a temporary 6-month maternity leave contract
. This part‑time role is a fantastic opportunity to plan, design, and lead a variety of social and recreational activities that enrich the lives of our residents.

• Plan and deliver engaging activities, such as musical sessions, exercise classes, community outings, and themed events.
• Collaborate with local performers and organisations to arrange enriching experiences for residents.
• Hold resident meetings to gather feedback and ideas of what they would like as part of their time living with us.
• Maintain accurate records, update care plans, and manage schedules effectively.
• Inspire friendships, creativity, and culture tailored to the diverse interests of residents.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care or dementia environment.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time‑management skills.
• A creative and proactive approach with a passion for making a positive difference.
• A passion for exceptional, fulfilling care and making a difference to the lives of others.
