Salary £24,796 - £25,185 Per annum | Fixed term until 30/04/2026 | Part Time, 23.33 hours per week | Pro Rata | Grove House

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. In addition, you will have experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high‑quality care.

Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire, operating 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres, supporting older people, adults living with dementia and their families.

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Willingness to complete NVQ Level 3.
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a care team.
• Strong values and attitude to support older people to live their lives their way.

The post is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013). If successful, you will be required to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for a 'disclosure'.
