Axon Moore are pleased to be working alongside a highly-valued, industry-leading client as they look to recruit a Part Qualified/Finalist Management Accountant to their dynamic team. This fantastic opportunity will be responsible for producing the management accounts, plus overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the business.  

Key

Responsibilities and Duties:

Producing the management accounts
Submit VAT payments in accordance with legislation
Bank reconciliations
Company card reconciliations
Intercompany invoicing and reconciliation of intercompany accounts
Submit the monthly PAYE payments in accordance with HMRC legislation
Supervise and manage two accounts assistants and ensure the collection of debt in a timely manner
Assist the Financial Controller with the audit process
Review and assist with the improvement of business processes and practices
Required

Skills and Experience:

At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role
Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or AAT Qualified
Able to develop and maintain good internal and external working relationships
Able to efficiently manage a high-volume workload
Good IT and MS Excel skills
Proactive, self-motivated and organised
Able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively
