Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you will contribute to projects that range from refurbishment and specialist clinical facilities through to major new healthcare developments.

  • Ensure designs meet regulatory, technical and quality standards
  • Manage project risks and contribute to project planning and delivery strategies
  • Prepare technical packages, specifications and tender documentation
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and wider project teams
  • Manage planning and building regulations submissions
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance
  • Resolve technical and delivery challenges during construction
  • Promote sustainable and environmentally responsible design
About You

You will be a motivated Architect who enjoys both the design and delivery stages of projects and thrives in a collaborative environment.

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration
  • 25 years' post-qualification experience
  • Good working knowledge of Revit and BIM
  • Experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages
  • Healthcare sector experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience contributing to larger projects and leading smaller schemes
  • Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and design standards
  • Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong client and team relationships
Why Join?

In addition to working on meaningful and technically rewarding projects, you'll benefit from:

  • Highly competitive salary and benefits package
  • Hybrid working arrangements that support worklife balance
  • A supportive and empathetic workplace culture
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression
  • A collaborative design environment with experienced healthcare specialists
  • A vibrant social calendar and team culture
