Architect, CAD​/ AutoCAD​/ Mechanical Design

Architect required to join a busy North-West practice, near Preston, on a full-time basis. This company are offering an excellent, hybrid working model. Please read on for further information.

Without question, this is one of the busiest Architectural practices in the North of England. They work on a mixture of sectors including Education & Healthcare. They are continuously at the forefront of several high-profile frameworks and as such are looking for exceptional talent to join their practice and assist with the development of various large-scale projects.

The Architectural workload here is primarily completed using REVIT software and is done to a BIM level 2 standard. It is important for applicants to have a good understanding of the software, however training can and will be offered to all staff.

In order to be considered for this role, we would hope for the following criteria to be met:

· ARB Registration.

· Minimum 1 years post-qualification experience

· AutoCAD & REVIT fluency. (BIM level 2 experience preferred)

· Job-running experience preferred but not essential.

· Previous experience having worked on Large-scale projects is preferred. However this is not essential.

· All sector backgrounds will be considered.

· Excellent written/verbal communication.

· Have a passion for design and be able to demonstrate creativity and flair.

Salary offered for the Architect will be commensurate with the experience candidates can display in a CV/portfolio/covering letter and following an initial interview.
