Weāre recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a high profile commercial development in the North West, working on high quality office fit out packages.
This role is ideal for a QS who enjoys being hands on, commercially driven and involved from early cost planning through to final accounts.
The Role- Cost planning, budgeting and reporting for office fit-out works
- Subcontract procurement and commercial management
- Valuations, variations and final accounts
- Supporting project teams to deliver on time and on budget
- Proven QS experience within office fit-out / commercial interiors
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Confident managing subcontractors and cost control
