Field Service Technician

The role of the onsite Service engineer for a large blue chip company covering 6 to 8 sites around Leeds, Sheffield and Doncaster.

You will provide technical support on Bosch CCTV, Lenel Access Control systems and other integrated systems to deliver a service that meets the requirements of the design specification while remaining sensitive to costs and service delivery timescales.

• Assist in supporting and troubleshooting enterprise‑level security systems.
• Assist clients with face‑to‑face interaction regarding technical queries and support on in‑house projects.
• Ensure the system is serviced and functions in accordance with all relevant industry standards and complies with customer and company health and safety procedures.
• Commission and configure systems to meet the design specification and customer requirements.
• Conduct Planned Preventive Maintenance and ensure all relevant documents are passed to the Program Manager.
• Act as the single point of contact to organise on‑site activities.

• Experience with in the Security industry with knowledge of repair and maintenance of large systems.
• Expert knowledge in mainstream and top‑end Access Control, CCTV and Security systems including cameras.
• Working knowledge of industry standards, demonstrable knowledge of IP technology and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
• Previous experience working in a customer‑facing environment.
• Must hold a full clean driving license.
