The Clinical Deputy Manager role at Aria Healthcare's Tall Trees Nursing and Dementia Home in Shipton-under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire, is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Manager in delivering exceptional person-centred care, enhancing the wellbeing and independence of the residents.
Mainduties of the job
The Clinical Deputy Manager will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for supporting the Clinical Manager in all aspects of clinical leadership and management. This includes supervising and mentoring the nursing team, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role involves a mix of supernumerary and hands-on nursing duties, with one weekend shift in four.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential to work closely with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

Person Specification Qualifications- The successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and have previous experience in a clinical leadership or management role within a care setting. Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead and mentor a team are essential.
