  • Emergency Preparedness & Contractor Management:
Ensure emergency procedures are up to date and rehearsed. Support the management of external contractors and advise on specialist risks such as COSHH, noise, occupational health, and waste management, bringing in external expertise when required.
  • Environmental & Sustainability Initiatives:
Support environmental improvement programmes, manage the Aspects and Impacts Register, and contribute to CSR and sustainability projects. Collaborate on legal and regulatory submissions, including ESOS, SERC, Waste and EPR reporting.
  • Global Engagement & Knowledge Sharing:
Maintain strong connections with international HSE representatives to promote alignment and shared learning across the organisation. Conduct regular weekly site walks, reviewing HSE in practice and highlighting required corrective actions.
