Compensation: Based on experience, Base + Commission
Travel: 50/50 – Home every night

Job Summary

Weare seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Building Sales Executive to identify, market, and sell commercial properties. This role involvesbuilding strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and experienced in commercial real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial property sales
  • Prospect and build relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients
  • Conduct property evaluationsand market analysis to determine competitive pricing
  • List and market commercialbuildings through various channels
  • Arrange property viewings andclient meetings
  • Prepare and present proposals,financial summaries, and sales agreements
  • Negotiate terms and close salestransactions
  • Coordinate with legal, finance,and compliance teams to ensure smooth closings
  • Maintain accurate records ofleads, client interactions, and sales activity
  • Stay updated on local market trends, zoning regulations, and property laws

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business,Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate sales or property sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financialdata and market trends
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
  • Real estate license (requiredwhere applicable)
