Role DescriptionThe Quality Assurance Technician will play a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance through regular inspection, auditing, and testing of metal components. Daily responsibilities include conducting quality control checks, analyzing data and production processes, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. The technician will also collaborate with the production team to maintain high-quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chippewa Falls, WI.
Qualifications- Strong experience in Quality Control and Quality Auditing
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and data interpretation
- Background in Quality Assurance, including performing inspections and identifying improvements
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles and compliance with industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in Quality Assurance are an advantage
