Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls is seeking an Industrial Custodian to join our team.

Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

This position will be part-time, at 28 hours per week.

$18.50 / hour to $21.50 / hour.

• Cleaning, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms, breakrooms, and locker rooms.
• Emptying garbage and recycling containers throughout the facility.
• Cleaning shop floors using mops, brooms, and powered floor cleaning equipment.
• Operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, boom trucks, scissor lifts.
• Assisting with hazardous waste transport from plating operations to appropriate locations (training provided).
• Supporting production operations by cleaning trenches, machinery, and other assigned tasks to ensure smooth operation.
• Supporting facility upkeep projects, including painting, cleaning walls, and other tasks assigned.
