Great Northern – Chippewa Falls is seeking Fulfillment Line Leaders to join our growing manufacturing team! Are you ready to make a difference?

• 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday 1:30pm to 9:30pm

Starting hourly wage is $21.00 - 23.50.

• Assists fulfillment shift supervisor in coordinating the activities of all temporary labor pool personnel as requested on assigned assembly lines or workstations.
• Actively involved in the training and retraining of all temporary labor pool employees, and provides feedback of progress to fulfillment shift supervisor.
• Efficiently and effectively sets up lines in the most optimal way to produce desired results.
• Assures that productivity, efficiency, and cost estimates are met, utilizing tracking and reporting tools.
• Maintains accurate inventory records for raw materials, work in process, and finished product.
