Facility Director​/Administrator

Overview

Dove Healthcare - Rutledge Home, a 48-room community based residential facility, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time director to collaborate with and lead our experienced, compassionate team. Supported by our Assisted Living Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including overseeing resident care and services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising employees.

• tour perspective families and/or residents and respond to any family and/or resident concerns
• round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
• assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
• maintain facility schedule, with assistance from assistant director
• ensure the building is operating within budget
• assume on-call responsibilities

• established ability to manage people and processes
• knowledge of State and Federal CBRF regulations
• effective problem solving and communication skills and a passion to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
• excellent customer service and communication skills
• ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions, multiple responsibilities, and deadlines

• previous nursing home or assisted living administrator/director experience
• CBRF certified in the State of Wisconsin
