We're looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Adult Day Services team! We have a Part‑Time AM Shift available. Starting at $18.00–$20.00/Hr based on experience! NO WEEKENDS & NO EVENINGS REQUIRED!

• Monitor and record health and behavior of participants. Communicate such information with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Access and maintain confidential information of participants including identity, behavior, and medical conditions.
• Provide input and assistance with activity planning and scheduling; maintain flexibility to make unscheduled activity and assignment changes.
• Conduct and/or assist with daily program tasks and assigned 1:1 and group activities utilizing interpersonal skills to meet participant needs.
• Escort participants to and from activities.
• Interact in one‑to‑one activities utilizing interpersonal needs to meet participant needs.
• Assist other staff members by engaging the 1:1 participant in the appropriate activity or with duties such as, but not limited to, personal care, tidying up, interaction with other participants, etc. Non‑1:1 related tasks may be performed if the 1:1 participant’s needs are being met.
• Request assistance from each other as needed and collaborate respectfully with one another.
• Assist participants with personal cares including using the restroom, pericare, showers, changing incontinence products, transferring, and other cares as needed.
• Assist participants with medication administration under the supervision of the Wellness nurse.
• Prepare and/or serve meals and snacks daily and assist participants with dining needs.
• Clean and sanitize dishes and general dining areas after each meal and as needed.
• Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, equipment, and supplies after activities.
