Grace Lutheran Communities – We’re looking for a dedicated Program Aide to join our Adult Day Services team. We have a Part-Time AM Shift Available starting at $15.00-$17.00 /Hr. based on experience. NO WEEKENDS & NO EVENINGS REQUIRED!

• Provide input and assistance with activity planning and scheduling; maintain flexibility to make unscheduled activity and assignment changes
• Conduct and/or assist with daily program tasks and assigned 1:1 and group activities utilizing interpersonal skills to meet participant needs
• Escort participants to and from activities
• Assist other staff members by either engaging the 1:1 participant in that appropriate activity or with duties such as, but not limited to, personal cares, tidying up, interaction with other participants, etc. Non 1:1 related tasks may be performed if the 1:1 participant’s needs are being met
• Assist participants with personal cares including using the restroom, pericare, showers, changing incontinence products, transferring, and other cares as needed
• Assist participants with medication administration under the supervision of Wellness nurse
• Prepare and/or serve meals and snacks daily and assist with participant dining needs
• Clean and sanitize dishes and general dining areas after each meal and as needed
• Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, equipment and supplies after activities
