Academic Support Coach Wiltshire College & University Centre Chippenham campus Salary £21,486 rising to £21,740 per year, pro rata of the full time equivalent £24,619 rising to £24,910 per year Do you have experience supporting learners to achieve their best? What We Offer Salary: £21,486 rising to £21,740 per year, (Full time equivalent £24,619 rising to £24,910 per year) Contract Type:
Permanent, Full Time- 37 hours per week Term Time Only 36  2 weeks per year Year-Round Employment:

What Youll Do Provide personalised academic and pastoral support to students Help learners develop study habits, organisational skills, and confidence Work closely with teaching teams to ensure students stay engaged and on track Support young people and adults with a range of needs in and out of the classroom Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment What Youll Bring Experience working with learners or supporting individuals (education, youth work, care, mentoring, coaching all welcome) A genuine passion for helping students succeed Strong communication, empathy, and organisational skills Commitment to safeguarding and supporting diverse learners Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential what matters most is your dedication to making a difference.
