Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public emergency services as required;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the distribution location, including entrances, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter fencing;
Help to deter unauthorized access by monitoring access points, verifying credentials and/or visitor logs, and observing inbound and outbound truck traffic for unusual activity;
Complete detailed, timely documentation such as daily activity reports and incident reports, and communicate observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership
