The Direct Sales Representative of the LA Region is responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries and proactively developing new business opportunities within the Los Angeles region. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting overall sales objectives through consultative selling and responsive customer service. The position requires close collaboration with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment.

• Respond to direct inbound sales inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
• Proactively contacting existing and prospective customers to promote company products and services
• Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales orders based on customer requirements
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders to drive conversion and closure
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates within the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Coordinator and internal teams to support sales initiatives
• Provide customers with detailed product information, pricing, availability, and order status updates
• Process sales orders, contracts, and required documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters when necessary
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and relevant industry trends

• Minimum of 5 years of sales-related experience in the forklift, material handling, or automotive industry
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
• Proven experience handling direct sales, inbound inquiries, and customer follow-ups
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales documentation processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Experience with B2B OR Business Development sales functions is a plus
• Familiarity with the Greater Los Angeles market and regional customer base
• Experience working with marketing teams on lead generation and campaign follow-ups
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
