A fast-growing, innovative manufacturing organization specializing in custom metal solutions is seeking a driven Account Manager to support and grow its customer base through a blend of inside and outside sales. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role ideal for a sales professional who understands manufacturing environments and thrives on building long-term partnerships in the retail and B2B space.
Hours & CompensationThis is a full-time, in-person position based in Chino, California.
The role offers a $65,000 base salary
, plus generous commission potential
, with total annual earnings up to $100,000+ for high performers.
The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Key Responsibilities- Develop new business through cold calling and company-provided lead generation
- Present product capabilities and explain value propositions to retailers and B2B customers
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular communication and onsite visits
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend customized retail and display solutions
- Set and conduct appointments using professional presentations, including Power Point
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- 4-5 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to generate, manage, and grow key accounts
- Positive, assertive, and self-motivated sales approach
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work fully onsite with no remote work
Manufacturing experience is a strong plus, particularly in metal fabrication, display manufacturing, closet or garage system design and fabrication, or wood display manufacturing.
