Account Executive

Location: LA, Inland Empire, San Diego or Orange County, Calif.

WCC Technologies Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to help businesses and public sector organizations upgrade their infrastructure with enterprise-grade technology solutions. What We Do:

At WCC Technologies Group, it provides complete infrastructure solutions, including:

  • Structured Cabling – Cable plant, fiber, conduit
  • Physical Security – Access control, surveillance cameras, intrusion detection
  • Network Infrastructure – Network switches, wireless access points, structured cabling
  • A/V Solutions – Conference room setups, digital signage, PA systems
  • Electrical Services – Low-voltage wiring, power distribution for IT systems
What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect and engage with businesses and SLED (State, Local, and Education) organizations that need reliable technology solutions.
  • Take a consultative approach to understanding client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance their physical security and network infrastructure.
  • Own the full sales process, from cold outreach to closing deals.
  • Work alongside our technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
  • B2B Sales Experience – 2+ years in technology, physical security, or infrastructure-related sales.
  • Hunter Mentality – Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and Linked In outreach.
  • Well Connected – Has customers and industry contacts to speed the time to revenue.
  • Strong Communicator – Ability to engage IT and Facilities decision-makers with confidence.
  • Tech-Savvy – Understanding of physical security, networking, cabling, or A/V solutions is a plus.
  • Results-DrivenProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
