Senior Sales Manager

A Plus International is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager with a strong industry network and a proven ability to generate new business in the medical‑device sector. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship‑driven leader who can quickly open doors, accelerate growth, and help expand our market presence.

• Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to drive new business and exceed revenue targets.
• Leverage an established network of healthcare professionals, hospital leadership, distributors, and OEM partners to secure new opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify high‑value prospects, competitive trends, and emerging growth areas.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product, marketing, and operational goals.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, product presentations, trade shows, and industry events.
• Build and strengthen long‑term customer relationships to maximize retention and long‑term value.
• Lead by example with hands‑on execution, accountability, and professionalism.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years of sales or sales management experience in the medical‑device industry with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Established network of hospital, clinical, distributor, or OEM contacts.
• Strong understanding of medical‑device regulations (ISO 13485, FDA requirements).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Mandarin bilingual ability is a plus.
