Position: [Direct Sales] Account Executive

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to control their time and earnings.

What You’ll Do
  • Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
  • Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
  • Work independently with full support and training

You Are
  • A natural communicator and closer
  • Comfortable with face-to-face selling
  • Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)

Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales position offers health benefits, 401K match and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.

Qualifications

We are looking for curious and empathetic people. We also love to hear from people who are motivated by meaningful work, resonate with our four core values, have a positive outlook, are comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive working in an ever-evolving and complex environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Self-source leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking with a hunter mentality

Location

You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights and are able to be in the field of your team region.
