Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels, with a strong focus on Asian community outreach. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand awareness, supporting sales efforts, and driving engagement through coordinated campaigns, content development, and market analysis. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with internal sales teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with company objectives.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, with emphasis on Asian community markets
- Coordinate marketing activities including email campaigns, social media posts, events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
- Create, edit, and manage marketing content such as presentations, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Support the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials in accordance with brand guidelines
- Collect, analyze, and summarize marketing data to prepare reports on campaign performance and market trends
- Coordinate closely with internal sales teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution
- Manage marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM updates
- Handle direct sales calls as needed and coordinate follow-ups with internal sales teams
- Monitor competitor marketing activities, industry trends, and community engagement opportunities
- Perform administrative and organizational tasks to support the marketing department as required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to Asian community markets
- MUST have bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign coordination, up to date with latest trends, content development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience marketing to Asian communities or multicultural audiences
- Background in B2B marketing and Business Development
- Experience with in the material handling/forklift industry is a plus
- Familiarity with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software
- Experience supporting events, trade shows, or community outreach initiatives
- Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
