Become a Senior Project Manager - Utility Training Infrastructure at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this role, you'll play a key role in bringing the new Edison Training Academy (ETA) capital project to fruition, supporting workforce readiness for T&D's future. As the dedicated project manager for T&D Training, you’ll coordinate complex, multi-phase construction and cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic objectives are met and risks are mitigated.

Responsibilities
- Manages activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes
- Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization
- Provides inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results
- Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues
- Identifies and manages resolution of major or complex project issues in order to meet goals of the project and maintain timeline and budget for the project
- Implements, establishes, and maintains key strategic metrics that ensure project effectiveness
- Maintains transparent and efficient resource planning and allocation process for ongoing projects within the assigned area of responsibility;
Ensures all on-going project strategies are in compliance with SCE standards, as well as political and regulatory requirements when applicable - Develops resource and financial requirements from the project plan;
Analyzes and determines regulatory impacts and requirements of the project - Analyses project portfolio performance and financial reporting, continuously improving reporting using multiple tools and key performance metric tracking;
Facilitates the internal information exchange for key stakeholders by providing project status reports - Identifies project performance issues, analyzes and addresses them in a timely manner
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ten or more years of experience in project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large, complex capital construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of T&D work order and work management processes.
- Experience with design and/or construction of training-related facilities.
- Experience collaborating with and making recommendations to senior management and executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral & written), both 1:1 and with large audiences.
- Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, and handle competing priorities.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and audit requirements for capital projects.
