Job Title: PHP Developer

Salary: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
Job Type: Direct hire / W-2
Job DescriptionThe PHP Developer will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining software applications and systems that support the company's strategic goals. The role involves working closely with the IT team and stakeholders to identify technology needs, staying current with emerging trends, and ensuring the effective implementation of web technologies, APIs, .NET technologies, and AI tools.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, Python, and other technologies.
- Integrate third-party APIs and data sources.
- Collaborate with IT team and stakeholders to identify needs and implement solutions.
- Contribute to planning and executing new technology initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging web and AI technologies.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and training.
- Maintain relationships with organizational units to meet their technology needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in PHP
- Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to research and learn new technologies independently
- Experience with maintenance, support, documentation, and administration of technologies
- Relational database experience required
- Knowledge of Python and Ruby preferred
- Knowledge of Linux and basic networking is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
