Overview

A&A Balanced Health is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant who is proficient in both Spanish and English to join their dynamic Med Spa team. The successful candidate will greet patients, manage telephone, email, and text communications, schedule appointments, collect payments, and maintain an organized filing system for all patient documents and reports. The ideal candidate will assist with back‑office responsibilities, demonstrate strong communication skills, maintain an upbeat demeanor, participate in sales workshops, and work well within a team.

• Greet patients and maintain a welcoming environment
• Manage telephone, email, and text communications
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
• Collect payments and handle billing procedures
• Maintain an organized filing system for patient documents and reports
• Assist with back‑office responsibilities as needed
• Participate in sales workshops and contribute to team sales objectives

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Any relevant medical assisting certification is an advantage
• Willingness to commute to the Whittier office if required
• Availability to work Tuesday-Friday from 9 AM‑5 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM‑2 PM
