Nightingale's List is seeking a travel Correctional Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for a travel job in Vacaville, California.
Key Responsibilities- Assess nutritional needs of patients, including those with acute and chronic medical conditions and special diet requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor therapeutic and medically prescribed diets
- Provide individualized and group nutrition education and counseling as clinically indicated
- Ensure menus meet nutritional adequacy, food safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, mental health, and food service staff to support patient care
- Document nutrition assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the health record
- Monitor food service operations for compliance with sanitation and safety requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
- Valid California licensure, if required

Nightingale's List Job . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
