IN-OFFICE Transaction Coordinator & Compliance Specialist Join Southern California’s #1 Real Estate Team
- Are you a highly organized, detail-driven real estate professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows California compliance inside and out? EHOMES is seeking a full-time, in-office Transaction Coordinator & Compliance Specialist to support our high-volume agents while ensuring files meet all brokerage and DRE standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both managing transactions and protecting the brokerage through strong compliance oversight.

The Role

Full-Time | In-Office | Transaction Coordination + Compliance

You will manage residential transactions from contract to close while also assisting the Compliance Department with file reviews, audits, and regulatory accuracy. Your Mission Deliver smooth, stress-free closings while safeguarding the brokerage through accurate, timely, and compliant files.

Responsibilities
  • Manage buyer and seller files from ratification through closing
  • Prepare, review, and dispatch disclosure packages
  • Track deadlines, follow up on missing items, and maintain file momentum
  • Verify signatures, dates, and completeness of all documents
  • Input and manage transactions in Dotloop and internal systems
  • Communicate proactively with agents, escrow, and internal departments
Qualifications
  • Active California Real Estate License (Required)
  • 2–3+ years experience in Transaction Coordination and/or Compliance
  • Strong working knowledge of California real estate forms & DRE requirements
  • Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable juggling multiple files while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Compliance-minded with a problem-solving approach
Compensation

$25/hr plus bonuses & benefits (Based on your Experience)
