Store Administration Head

Overview

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Administration Head is responsible for performing as Duty Manager of night shift and providing administrative support to the store. Managing the performance of store admin and receiving teams and delivering other duties as assigned by the superior(s) by cooperating with all relevant internal & external stakeholders.

• Receiving and Administration:
  Manage the performance of the store receiving to ensure KPIs and standards are met with Company’s requirement.
• Assume the responsibilities as the duty manager of night shift, as well as the day shift as required.
• Perform routine check in sales floor, backroom, receiving, front end, & outside area as well as complete all related checklists and logs.
• Ensure merchandising & quality meeting standard by checking product display fullness/freshness on shelves, in coolers, and freezers, POPs facing etc.
• Ensure store cleanliness are well performed in all areas.
• Fully execute store closing and or opening procedures. Ensure concerned service/equipment are ready for business or disconnected properly.
• Deliver excellent & positive customer service by proactively resolving and following up with customer on complaints.
• Liaise and cooperate with both internal and external departments of the Regional Office, Mall Management Company, store tenants, suppliers, janitorial service, government regulatory bodies…etc. when required
• Follow-up on store repair & maintenance issues and coordinate with technicians as required.

• Inspect all departments to ensure Temperature Checking are performed timely and log are properly recorded.
• Check department execution of cleaning/sanitization to ensure standards are met.
• Work closely with 3rd party service provider to follow up on any pest activities.

• Liaise with HR and 3rd party consultant to follow up on colleagues’ injury cases.
• Host work safety in-store meeting and inspection.
• Provide advice and guidance to Department Heads for preventing, handling work safety issues and arranging modified duties.

• Effectively respond to customer incidents. Conduct investigation and properly document details.
• Follow up with concerned parties in a professional manner in order to mitigate the impact.

• Assist in loss prevention with Security department.
• Handle emergency incident by properly follow the procedures
• Deliver other duties as assigned by the store manager.

• 3 years and/or above relevant experience, with at least 1 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Some knowledge in controlling profit and loss, interpreting data and market information
• Knowledge in workplace health & safety
• Basic to good computer skills in MS Office
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate with Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin) is an asset
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays
• Ability to respond appropriately in emergencies or pressurized situations with a calm, composed and steady manner
