Job Title: Patient Access Representative

Job Type: Contract

Work Schedule: On-site

Rate: $23.50, Based on experience

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Certification: N/A

• Experience:
  
  Family Medicine Office, referrals knowledge
• Number of years of experience: 6 months to 1 year
• Preferred skills:
  Basic computer and phone skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and referrals.

• Submit referrals to insurances for specialty visits, DME, or imaging.
• Strong communication skills with providers, patients, and co-workers.
• Able to multi-task and handle multiple items per day.
• Answer calls and respond to patient messages.
• Experience with IEHP is a plus.
