Corporate Sales - Account Coordinator

The Opportunity

DeVry Greenhouses is looking for a humble, hungry, and smart individual to join the team as a full-time account coordinator. The purpose of this role is to support and strengthen DeVry's Merchandising, Root & Sell, and Produce business units through disciplined execution, order coordination, reporting visibility, and cross‑functional alignment.

The role ensures day‑to‑day operations run smoothly through DeVry's core systems and processes, enabling predictable execution and reducing friction across Sales and Operations. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, openness to constructive feedback, attention to detail and getting tasks done, and a passion for sharing and learning with others!

DeVry Greenhouses is a wholesale supplier of bedding plants and nursery trees. If you work here, you get to supply beautiful plants to customers and major retailers across North America! • Assist in day‑to‑day tasks of three business units - Merchandising, Produce, Root & Sell
• Support merchandising program coordination and key account administrative needs
• Help in finalizing orders, optimizing carts and executing during the season
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support disciplined decision‑making
• Assist in building sales presentations, reports, and seasonal recaps
• Contribute to a strong team environment by proactively identifying and addressing account needs
• Handle communication, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Work closely on a team with your direct report

• Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (or similar) in progress or completed
• A strong drive to excel and a willingness to go above and beyond
• Professional and positive demeanor, showing respect for colleagues and customers alike
• Exceptional ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively
• Ability to cultivate customer loyalty through effective relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to travel occasionally throughout the year, with a valid passport

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Support in meeting our key business unit KPIs

• We offer a competitive compensation package based on education, experience, and demonstrated performance
• Annual compensation range: $50,000-$55,000 (hourly paid), with incentive and bonuses. Final offer based on experience
