This is a temporary, full-time contract position with an initial term of 14–18 months.
Hourly Wage Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hr
Commission Structure: $600 per home sale, $100 per lease, plus goal-based incentives.

- Responding to leads in a timely manner and continuously following up.
- Communicating constantly with the client, responding to their inquiries and being proactive in meeting their needs until a sale is complete or a lease is signed.
- Crafting customer experience in conjunction with the Westbow core values.
- Gathering and communicating feedback within the sales team and sharing market trends.
- Executing sales strategy, sales process, guidelines, and corporate initiatives.
- Ensuring weekly and monthly sales targets are set and met.
- Managing showings for our rental properties.
- Preparing sales contracts and rental leases.
- Background studies in Business Administration or related careers, such as, sales or marketing is an asset.
- Home sales experience is an asset.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Experience using CRM Software Hub Spot is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong emotional intelligence and be great at developing lasting relationships with clients.
- Proven time-management skills while working under pressure.
