Customer Service & Parts Sales Coordinator

Job Highlights- Manages parts sales from ordering to delivery by ensuring inter-department coordination.
- Provides support to international and domestic customers.
- Processes warranty claims.
- Monitors sales revenue and issues reports to management.
- Respond to customer inquiries and incoming work requests.
- Process quotations and sales orders in ERP system, ensuring accuracy and proper pricing.
- Assist with pricing structure and strategy.
- Handle warranty claims, non-conformance reports, and customer credit notes.
- Effectively communicate with customers on inquiries, sales order status, and shipment details to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage sales orders from initiation to completion and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and order conflicts.
- Facilitate technical support and contribute to aftermarket training programs, marketing literature, and bulletins.
- Analyze large data sets to support decision-making and reporting.
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Minimum of two years of office-based work experience in a customer support role or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet applications. Advanced Excel skills is an asset.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and teamwork skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English with good interpersonal skills. Second language is not required but an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Must be organized, neat, and a team player.
