The Temporary Beverage Quality Control Analyst at our Chilliwack Brewery will monitor, train and troubleshoot quality assurance systems across operational units, working with minimal supervision under the Quality Manager’s guidance.

• Sample in‑process material and finished products.
• Conduct analytical, sensory and microbiological analysis of ingredients, in‑process material and finished products (using beer analyzer, GC, pH & sodium meter, spectrophotometer, laminar hood, fume hood, autoclave, sterile microbiological technique, etc.).
• Validate packaging quality on keg, can, and bottle lines.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment; handle shipping and receiving for quality.
• Develop and update quality documentation as needed.
• Participate in quality verifications; hold investigations, inspections and report findings.

• Bachelor of Food Science Degree or equivalent.
• Legal drinking age; willing and able to work rotating shifts.
• Experience in food science, familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and laboratory work.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Interpersonal effectiveness, treating differences with respect and collaboration.

• Sunday to Monday:
  Day 6:30am‑3pm / Afternoon 3pm‑11pm / Graveyard 10:30pm‑6:30am.
• Sunday to Wednesday 6:30am – 4:00pm.
