We are seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial assets within the BC region. This is a leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and long-term asset value.
This position is ideal for an experienced property management professional who brings strong portfolio oversight experience and is ready to step into a broader regional capacity. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting portfolio growth and may take on additional scope, including strata oversight, as our portfolio evolves.
Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000

- Understanding how to perform basic maintenance and repairs.
- Overseeing the daily operations of all properties in the region, including maintenance, renovations, leasing, and customer service.
- Implementing marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Preparing and managing annual budget and strategic plans for each property and closely monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure profitability goals.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties meet health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of property upkeep and curb appeal.
- Leading, training, and managing on-site property managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Handling tenant complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Liaising with external parties such as contractors, agencies, vendors, and other relevant parties.
- Preparing detailed reports on property performance, market trends, and other analytics for senior management.
- Negotiating lease contracts and renewals, overseeing accounts receivable, while balancing tenant retention and maximizing rental rates.
- Implementing cost-reduction initiatives that improve the profitability and efficiency of property operations.
- Working collaboratively with the acquisitions team to conduct due diligence for prospective properties while establishing proforma KPI’s.
- Overseeing and supervising the Budget and activities tied to the renovation of newly acquired properties.
- 2-4 years of building or property management experience.
- Experience managing multi-family buildings in BC.
- A working knowledge of British Columbia’s Residential Tenancies Act.
- Experience as a Project Manager leading renovation projects.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including excel.
- Property Management Certification is an asset.
- Post secondary education in business administration or related field is an asset.
- Yardi Property Management software experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Material Information Systems (WHMIS) is an asset.
